Skype Planning to Buyback their Stock from ebay

Both Skype founders plan to buyback their stock that sold to ebay in 2005.
The founders of internet telephone services company, Niklas Zennstrom and Janus Friis founded Skype in 2003 and two years later sell it to eBay for USD 2,6 billion.
In this negotiations eBay plans to sale back Skype for USD 1,7 billion. Meanwhile, Skype hopes that the action to buy back the stock can increase their income. (AFP, Monday, 4/13/2009).
John Donahoe, eBay Chief Executive says is considering selling Skype with a reasonable price. Thus far the two sides still in the stage of negotiation and agreement has not been found.
Until now, the Skype users has reached as many as 53 million, 405 registered users remain as loyal customers. Thorough, rapid growth shown by Skype also impact on increasing the amount of income, in the fourth quarter 2008 profit of Skype is USD 145 million
